Everyone is always so kind and happy :) I showed up 1 week early for an appointment and they were kind enough to see my dog, so appreciated that! We always have a pleasant experience!
I have a very sick dog and he has several lengthy stays the staff has been very caring during this time. they have also kept me informed as too his condition.
I would recommend this clinic to everyone! The staff were all very compassionate and caring. They treated our baby as their family, even though it was out first time seeing them. You can see the love and care they have. While our visit ended in sadness, before we left I was given a hug and told they'd say a prayer for us. They are really nice people.
We take our kitty there for her regular checkups but also had to do an emergency visit last year. They were so good with her. She has no fear of going there and they are very professional and compassionate in their care. The explanations are very clear and understandable and they take their time to answer any questions you may have. It's a great place to take your animals.
LOVE! I have had experiences with many vets over the years and Dr. Bilby is by far the best I have ever seen. She truly cares about the animals and is completely honest with you and will not try to get you to do something that you don't need. Wonderful vet and wonderful staff.
