They deserve a negative rating! My mother never got her flowers for Mother's Day ordered thru teleflora. Total scammers. Should be reported to Better Business in Arkansas do NOT use them!!! Terrible customer service! Beckwith Florist also known as The Village Florist.

Called this florist for years; however, under new ownership, and it's DEFINATELY not the same customer service/quality. I recently ordered an Easter arrangement for my Mother-In-Law (MIL), and they were left at her home in HSV, Arkansas. She sent an email to thank us, as well as a picture. Not only did she have to water them, hoping they would perk back up, but it wasn't the arrangement I ordered. After notifying the new owner, Kelly, we agreed she would swap out and replace with the correct arrangement; the right thing to do. Kelly left me a vm informing me that my MIL didn't want her to swap. I was OK with that, but expected a reimbursement for "some" of the cost because it was expensive, and was not what I ordered. I wanted to give her another chance for Mother's Day. I tried to order, but they said "I should have ordered sooner than today (5/11/2017)". When I explained who I was, thinking they would do the right thing and take my order after I spent a lot of money on the basket "It's Finally Spring" they were rude, curt, and unsympathetic! The one on the right was the arrangement that should have been delivered! FYI...the one on the left (sorry, blurry) was left outside, she had to water them hoping they would perk back up, and I paid more for the yellow roses. I would suggest NEVER calling Beckwith Florist!

This was the worst experience. I ordered through FlowerShopping which is a Telaflora broker. The delivery was for a Deluxe Bouquet to be delivered on May 13th. It did not arrive as of 5/14 and a call to the company indicated that two trucks were out for delivery and would be delivered at least by Monday 5/15. On Tuesday and no delivery, I was told the florist didn't have the flowers and would I agree to a Designer's Choice Upgrade and a $10 refund. It was promised for later that afternoon. No Delivery. On Wednesday, told it would be delivered by 2 p.m., and the bouquet would be an upgrade. I will let you decide if you think if the arrangement on the left is an "upgrade".
