I absolutely love this place. I'm trying to get through the entire menu, and can 100% honestly say I haven't had a bad thing yet.. Not even an AVERAGE thing! It's all been really good! Steak quesadilla and spicy chicken sandwhich are my favorite specials so far. And I haven't met everybody yet, but, Ben and Gavin are AWESOME. 5 STARS!

Last Chance is a Hot Springs Village landmark and tradition. Located on the shores of Lake Balboa inside this gated community, it sports a fun and casual rustic western interior. With full bar and a lakeside deck, the menu is mainly sandwiches, burgers, and dinners. The food is generally good. Service is generally somewhat slow. Nonetheless this is a very popular place for a drink and dinner! Their broasted chicken is very good!
Nothing to say but thank you and good job! The food and service are always on the money but even if something takes a little long to prepare, they'll always let you know and apologize. Never had anything NOT taste good here. I was craving Chicken Fried Steak but they were out so I had Chicken Fried Chicken instead and was very pleasantly surprised. Amber Bock on tap. Nice little place in a sleepy little Village. :-D
